Returns & Refund Policy
Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with Weston Rowe, you agree to the terms below.
All Sales Policy
Due to the nature of our business and inventory process, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect.
We do not guarantee cancellations, changes, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Returns
Returns are only considered in limited circumstances and must be approved by our team in writing before any item is sent back.
Unauthorized returns, refused deliveries, or packages sent back without prior approval will not qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Eligibility Requirements
If a return request is approved, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition
- Free of stains, odors, damage, pet hair, lint, or signs of wear
- Returned with original packaging, tags, and included materials
- Submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery
Any item that does not meet all return conditions may be rejected at our sole discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Sale items or discounted purchases
- Promotional purchases
- Items purchased using discount codes
- Items marked final sale
- Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items
- Items with missing packaging or tags
- Orders refused at delivery
- Gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you believe you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Your request must include your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue. Claims submitted after this window, or without sufficient documentation, may be denied.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and accepted by our team.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any return shipping costs, handling fees, payment processing losses, or restocking costs may be deducted from the approved refund amount.
In some cases, we may choose to offer store credit instead of a refund.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges. If we choose to approve an exchange, it will depend on product availability and our review of the returned item.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. If you contact us immediately after placing an order, we may review the request, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing from Weston Rowe, you agree to contact us first at support@westonrowe.com to attempt resolution before filing a payment dispute.
Filing a fraudulent or abusive chargeback after receiving a product may result in your order being documented and disputed with all supporting shipment, delivery, and communication records.
Shipping Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, weather interruptions, failed delivery attempts, or delays caused by inaccurate shipping information provided at checkout.
Shipping delays alone do not qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost packages, delivery issues, or additional shipping fees required to resend an order.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, any approved refund may be reduced by original shipping charges, return shipping charges, handling costs, and any other fees incurred.
Our Right to Refuse
Weston Rowe reserves the right to deny any return, refund, exchange, or claim that does not meet this policy or that appears, in our sole judgment, to be abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with fair use.
